El menú de Kayto en Dubai está supervisado por el chef japonés-argentino Cristian Goya.
Con un ambiente animado, un espacio de shisha al aire libre y muchos cócteles a medida, es el lugar para ver y ser visto.
Se comienza compartiendo platos de atún y trufa, así como ceviches de lubina, langostinos asados en salsa agridulce, atún sobre una cama de arroz crujiente. Propuestas frescas y llenas de sabor.
Los platos principales siguen e incluyen bacalao negro miso de Saikyo, tataki de carne wagyu australiana y lenguado de dover con guarnición de arroz con gambas, puré de trufas y verduras al vapor.
Pero lo mejor está aún por llegar. Junto con la deliciosa fusión de sabores Nikkei, Kayto tiene una impresionante selección de postres que complementan perfectamente el menú de la cena.
En lo alto de la lista se incluye tarta de queso Brûlée servida con sorbete de mandarina, pastel de chocolate fundido con helado de avellana en la parte superior, así como un crumble mixto de bayas.
Los interiores se ven tan bien como la comida, con lujosos muebles de color rosa, mesas de mármol, sillas con estructura dorada y ventanas de cuerpo entero que ofrecen impresionantes vistas del Burj Khalifa.
La propuesta de Kayto en manos del chef Cristian estará abierta hasta marzo de 2020.
